Field of the invention
The present invention relates to a wiper blade device comprising a wiper blade adapter unit, with a coupling unit for coupling to a connecting element.
State of the art
Such a wiper blade device comprising a wiper blade adapter unit with a coupling unit for a connecting element is already known.
Description and advantages of the invention
The present invention relates to a wiper blade device of the type defined above, characterized in that the coupling unit is intended for coupling with a connecting element in a first position of the connecting element by relative to the coupling unit and in a second position turned substantially 180 ° for the connecting element with respect to the coupling unit.
A wiper blade adapter unit according to the present description is a unit which has a contact area for a connecting element and which can be captively connected to the connecting element; this unit produces a coupling zone of a wiper blade component belonging to a wiper blade such as in particular an elastic rail, a wiper blade, a deflector element and / or a lip of a wiper blade. wiping, to be coupled and / or brought into contact with the connecting element. A coupling unit according to the invention is a unit which serves to couple a wiper blade to a wiper arm. The coupling represents a bond, in particular by force and / or by shape. A connecting member according to the invention is an element for connecting the wiper blade adapter unit to the wiper arm and / or a wiper arm adapter. In particular, the connecting element constitutes a coupling zone for coupling a wiper arm and / or a wiper arm adapter. In particular, the connecting element can be coupled to wiper arm adapters of different construction.
The wiper arm adapters of different construction, according to the present invention, include windscreen wiper arm devices, which differ in their structure and / or their fastening function. These are preferably wiper arms devices corresponding to different standards. A first type of construction of a wiper blade adapter in the present context is in particular a wiper arm adapter having a fixing pin and a backing plate. Another possible type of construction of the wiper arm adapter in the present context is a wiper arm adapter having an elongated, hook-shaped base body with a bend of 180 °. Another possibility of wiper arm adapter construction in the present context is a wiper arm adapter having two stops and a fixing spout.
According to another type of wiper blade adapter construction in the present context, there is a wiper arm adapter having a fixing recess and a base body with an S-shaped profile. Another type of wiper arm adapter construction in the present context is also a wiper arm adapter having a fixing recess and walls with fastening means. The term "coupling" in this context means that it is a connection by force and / or form. In particular, the coupling unit and the connecting element in the first position of the connecting element with respect to the coupling unit are at least essentially parallel to the surface to be cleaned and in particular the surface of the glass. The coupling unit and the connecting element in particular in the second position of the coupling element are at least essentially for the coupling unit, parallel to the surface to be cleaned, in particular the surface of the window. A substantially unchanged position and / or a situation and / or orientation of the coupling unit correspond to the first position of the link member with respect to the coupling unit and the second position of the coupling unit. the connecting element with respect to the coupling unit, between which is rotated the connecting element in a plane which is at least essentially parallel to the surface to be cleaned, in particular the surface of the window. The expression "at least essentially" means in the present context that the angular indication accepts a maximum deviation of 30 °, preferably a maximum of 15 ° in a particularly preferred manner of a maximum of 5 °. The term "intended for" means that it is a specially programmed means designed and / or equipped to perform a certain function. The fact that an object is provided for a particular function means in particular that the object fulfills and / or performs this determined function in at least one state of application and / or operation.
The realization of the windscreen wiper device according to the invention allows a greater comfort of the end user. In particular, the independent coupling of the orientation of the wiper blade adapter unit with the connecting element is thus possible. In particular, the manufacture will be simple and / or the appearance will be uniform.
According to another characteristic, the coupling unit has at least one transverse plane of symmetry which is, at least substantially, perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the wiper blade adapter unit and in particular at least substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the wiper arm and / or the wiper blade and / or the elastic rail and with respect to this direction, the coupling unit is at least essentially symmetrical plan. The coupling unit has at least one longitudinal plane of symmetry which is at least substantially parallel to the longitudinal direction of the wiper blade adapter unit and in particular at least essentially parallel to the longitudinal direction of the wiper arm and / or the wiper blade and / or the elastic rail and with respect to this direction, the wiper blade adapter unit is at least for the essential symmetrical plan. In particular, the longitudinal symmetrical plane of the coupling unit is at least substantially perpendicular to the surface to be cleaned, in particular the glass surface and / or the wiping direction. The "longitudinal direction" of an object is in particular the direction that is parallel to the long side of the smallest geometrical parallelepiped that tightly envelops the object. This allows for a very high comfort for the end user.
According to another feature, the wiper blade adapter unit has a transverse plane of symmetry which is substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the wiper blade adapter unit and in particular at least substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the wiper arm and / or the wiper blade and / or the elastic rail and relative to which the wiper adapter unit -glace is at least for the most part symmetrical plane. For example, the transverse plane of symmetry of the coupling unit and the transverse plane of symmetry of the wiper blade adapter unit may be different and / or be symmetry planes spaced apart from each other. the other. Advantageously, the transverse plane of symmetry of the coupling unit and the transverse plane of symmetry of the wiper blade adapter unit are essentially identical planes of symmetry. This allows, in particular, a flexible coupling between the wiper blade adapter unit and the connecting element.
According to another feature, the wiper blade adapter unit has at least one longitudinal plane of symmetry which is at least substantially parallel to the longitudinal direction of the wiper adapter unit. windscreen wiper and in particular at least substantially parallel to the longitudinal direction of the wiper arm and / or the wiper blade and / or the elastic rail with respect to which the wiper adapter unit Wiper is at least for the most part symmetrical plane. For example, the longitudinal plane of symmetry of the coupling unit and the longitudinal plane of symmetry of the wiper blade adapter unit may be different planes of symmetry from each other and / or at least separated from each other. Advantageously, the longitudinal plane of symmetry of the coupling unit and the longitudinal plane of symmetry of the wiper blade adapter unit are at least essentially symmetrical planes of symmetry. In particular, the longitudinal plane of symmetry of the wiper blade adapter unit is at least substantially perpendicular to the surface to be cleaned, including the window surface and / or the wiping direction. This improves the comfort of the end user. By way of example, the coupling unit may be a solid unit which extends in particular at least substantially all the transverse extension and / or the longitudinal extension of the broom adapter unit. wiper and which advantageously passes through the longitudinal plane of symmetry of the coupling unit. Advantageously, the coupling unit has at least two separate coupling elements located on opposite sides of the longitudinal plane of symmetry of the wiper blade adapter unit and being spaced apart from the longitudinal plane of symmetry. of the wiper blade adapter unit. The coupling elements are spaced apart from each other and they advantageously have at least substantially the same distance and preferably the same distance from the longitudinal plane of symmetry. Between the coupling elements, there is in particular a recess and / or a zone filled with air. This allows in particular to reduce the cost and the material used.
According to another characteristic, the coupling unit is intended to be coupled to at least two and in particular to at least three connecting elements of different shapes. In the present context, the expression "different forms" means that it is a piece whose shape differs from that of another piece. In particular, the coupling elements for the coupling allow different constructions of the wiper arm adapters. In particular, the different types of wiper arm adapter construction may have differently located bearing surfaces, bearing elements and / or cover elements. In particular, the coupling unit, in the mounted state, by the end user, is coupled to the connecting element. The mounting operation, according to the invention, is an operation performed by the end user and which completes the assembly to bring the wiper blade device into operation. The end user according to the present invention is in particular the one who ultimately uses the device or a private person and / or someone who has usual technical knowledge. The end user is not a manufacturing collaborator and / or a person with advanced technical skills and / or a specialist in the field concerned. Advantageously, the assembly is done by the end user without tools. This allows in particular a reduced stock management.
According to another characteristic, the wiper blade adapter unit has a transmission unit which is at least symmetrical substantially plane relative to the plane of transverse symmetry, this transmission unit allows during the disassembly operation. , to open the connection between the connecting element and the wiper blade adapter unit. The transmission unit in the present context is a unit that moves a first piece in a first movement direction, another piece in another direction of movement and which is notably different from the first direction of movement of displacement. In particular, the first direction of movement and the other direction of movement are at least substantially perpendicular to each other. The disassembly operation according to the invention designates an operation by which the connecting element is released from the wiper blade adapter unit. In particular, the coupling unit is detachably coupled to one of the connecting elements. Removable coupling in the present context means that it can be separated in a non-destructive manner. This facilitates quick disassembly.
According to another characteristic, the transmission unit has at least two substantially symmetrical ramp surfaces plane with respect to the transverse plane of symmetry, these two ramp surfaces making it possible to at least partially deflect a side wall of the connecting element at the moment. dismantling. The ramp surfaces form an acute angle in particular with respect to the upper surface of the coupling unit in particular with respect to the bottom surface of the guide slide of the coupling unit. In particular, the ramp surfaces are in an area of the coupling unit facing the wiper blade and / or the longitudinal spacer of the wiper arm adapter unit. In particular, the coupling unit has at least two guide rails substantially symmetrical plane with respect to the transverse plane of symmetry and which guide the connecting element, in particular one of the connecting elements so as to achieve a predefined movement of the connecting element with respect to the coupling unit.
A guide slide in the present context is a slide-shaped path that forcibly guides a link member in a plane. The slide guide transfer function is defined exclusively by the route of the slide path. Preferably, the slideway is defined by a rib, in particular disassembly is by pivoting of the connecting element relative to the wiper blade adapter unit. A ramp surface according to the present invention is a surface which for the disassembly operation guides the connecting element and allows it to be pulled out of the guide slide. A guiding slide bottom surface means is the present context the base surface of the guide slide; this surface is delimited by the side walls which provide the lateral guidance forced by the slide. This ensures in particular that the side wall will be deflected. By way of example, the transmission unit comprises precisely the two plane symmetrical ramp surfaces essentially with respect to the plane of transverse symmetry. Advantageously, the transmission unit has at least two other ramp surfaces substantially symmetrical plane relative to the transverse plane of symmetry and which allow at the time of disassembly to support the ramp surfaces and in particular to deflect or deviate the side wall, if it was necessary to further deflect the side wall beyond the deflection obtained with the ramp surfaces. In particular, these other ramp surfaces are in front of the ramp surfaces and that with respect to at least one plane substantially oriented perpendicularly to the transverse plane of symmetry and which corresponds to the longitudinal plane of symmetry and / or with respect to less to a direction which is essentially perpendicular to the surface to be cleaned. This makes it possible to increase in a particularly reliable manner, the deflection or the separation of the side wall.
According to another characteristic, the wiper blade adapter unit comprises at least two longitudinal spacers which are at least essentially parallel and allow the connection with at least one other component of a wiper blade. -glace such as the wiper blade and / or the elastic rail and / or the baffle and / or a wiping lip. This makes it possible to have a particularly important contact surface for coupling the wiper blade.
According to another feature, the wiper blade adapter unit is in one piece. An embodiment in one piece, according to the present invention, means that it is a connection by the material for example, by a method of welding, gluing, overmolding and / or other technically interesting process and / or advantageous for forming a part such as, for example, a manufacture in a cast and / or a manufacture by an injection method with one or more components and advantageously from a single blank. We thus have a very high stability.

The wiper blade device includes the wiper blade adapter unit 10 (see Figures 3 to 5). The wiper blade adapter unit 10 has a coupling unit 18. The coupling unit 18 is for coupling with one of the three connecting elements 12, 14, 16. Thus, the coupling unit 18 serves for coupling with three connecting elements 12, 14, 16 of different shapes, each. By a mounting operation by the end user, the coupling unit 18 can be coupled to one of the three connecting members 12, 14, 16. The wiper blade adapter unit 10 has a contact zone for one of the three connecting elements 12, 14, 16. In the assembled state, the wiper blade adapter unit 10 is coupled to one of the three elements of link 12, 14, 16 and in particular by a captive coupling. The wiper blade adapter unit 10 is intended, particularly suitable for the wiper blade device.
The following description relates to the coupling of the coupling unit 18 to one of the connecting elements 12, 14, 16 by means of the first connecting element 12. The coupling of the coupling unit 18 with the second connecting element 14 or with the third connecting element 16 is analogous. The coupling unit 18 is intended for coupling with the first connecting element 12 in a first position 102 of the connecting element 12 with respect to the coupling unit 18 and in a second position 104 turned by 180.degree. connecting member 12 with respect to the coupling unit 18. The end user can couple each of the connecting members 12, 14, 16 in the two different positions 102, 104 to the mop adapter unit. The coupling unit 18 has a transverse plane of symmetry 106 perpendicular to the longitudinal direction 110 of the wiper blade adapter unit 10. The coupling unit 18 is planar symmetrical relative to the transverse plane of symmetry 106 of the coupling unit 18. The longitudinal direction 110 of the wiper blade adapter unit 10 is substantially parallel to the wiping blade 60 of the wiper blade. ice 58. The symmetrical plane transverse plane 106 of the coupling unit 18 is identical to the transverse plane of symmetry 106 of the wiper blade adapter unit 10. The wiper blade adapter unit 10 has a plane of transverse symmetry 106 which is perpendicular to the longitudinal direction 110 of the wiper blade adapter unit 10. The wiper blade adapter unit 10 is symmetrically plane with respect to the wiper blade adapter unit 10. transverse plane of symmetry 106 of the wiper blade adapter unit 10. The wiper blade adapter unit 10 has a longitudinal plane of symmetry 108 which is parallel to the longitudinal direction 110 of the wiper blade adapter unit 10. The longitudinal plane of symmetry 108 of the wiper blade adapter unit 10 and the transverse plane of symmetry of the adapter unit 10 wiper blades are perpendicular to each other contribution to the other. The wiper blade adapter unit 10 is plane symmetrical with respect to the longitudinal plane of symmetry 108 of the wiper blade adapter unit. The coupling unit 18 has a longitudinal plane of symmetry 108 which is parallel to the longitudinal direction 110 of the wiper blade adapter unit 10. The coupling unit 18 is plane symmetric with respect to the plane of longitudinal symmetry 108 of the coupling unit 18. The longitudinal plane of symmetry 108 of the coupling unit 18 and the longitudinal plane of symmetry 108 of the wiper blade adapter unit are identical. The coupling unit 18 has two separate coupling members 112, 114 on the opposite sides to each other with respect to the longitudinal plane of symmetry 108 of the wiper blade adapter unit 10 and relative to the longitudinal plane of symmetry 108 of the wiper blade adapter unit 10. The first coupling element 112 of the coupling elements 112, 114 is on a first side of the longitudinal plane of symmetry 108 of the wiper blade adapter unit 10. The second coupling element 114 of the coupling elements 112, 114 is on the second side opposite the first side with respect to the longitudinal plane of symmetry. 108 of the wiper blade adapter unit 10. The wiper blade adapter unit 10 has two longitudinal branches 46, 48 parallel to one another and serving for bonding with other parts of the wiper blade -glace 58 such as for example, the wiper blade 60 and / or the elastic rail set / or a baffle and / or a wiper lip. The longitudinal struts 46, 48 are provided on the base body 50 of the wiper blade adapter unit 10. The wiper blade adapter unit is in one piece.
The following description relates only to that portion of the wiper blade adapter unit 10 that is on the first side of the longitudinal plane of symmetry 108 of the wiper blade adapter unit. 10. A similar description for the part of the wiper blade adapter unit 10 on the second side of the longitudinal plane of symmetry 108 of the wiper blade adapter unit 10 is similar because the wiper blade adapter unit 10 is plane symmetrical about the longitudinal plane of symmetry 108 of the wiper blade adapter unit 10. The wiper blade adapter unit wiper 10 has a symmetrical transmission unit 20 plane to transverse plane of symmetry 106; this transmission unit releases for disassembly, the coupling between the connecting element 12, 14, 16 and the wiper blade adapter unit 10. The coupling unit 18 comprises two guide slides 32 symmetrical plane 108 relative to the plane of transverse symmetry and which serve to guide one of the connecting elements 12, 14, 16. The guide slides 32 are laterally in particular in a surface perpendicular to the wiping direction 54 in the base body 50. Guide slides 32 do not have a curvature. The guide slides 32 have a substantially rectilinear pattern.
The guide slides 32 each have a base surface 28 delimited by side walls. The base surface 28 of the guide slide is a permanent abutment for a guided element in the guide slide 32. The side walls serve for lateral guidance including forced lateral guidance. The base surface or bottom surface 28 is perpendicular to the wiping direction 54 and parallel to the vertical direction 40. The coupling unit 18 removably couples to one of the three connecting elements 12, 14, 16. A link member 12, 14, 16 coupled to the coupling unit 18 may be released again from the coupling unit 18 without destruction. The coupling unit 18 comprises two contact elements 22 of plane symmetrical shape relative to the transverse plane of symmetry 106. The contact elements 22 in the installed state are applied by a connection by the form against one of the three elements. 12, 14, 16 and prevent this connecting element 12, 14, 16 from being detached from the wiper blade adapter unit 10. It may also be envisaged in this context that the unit of coupling has other contact elements.
The contact elements 22 are constituted by fixing elements 84 of cylindrical shape. The fasteners 84 each have a longitudinal recess 86. The longitudinal recess 86 is in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal plane of symmetry 108 of the wiper blade adapter unit 10. The longitudinal recess 86 has a circular section. The contact elements 22 are each constituted by a sleeve element 88. The contact elements 22 each have a curved bearing surface 74 which pivotally receives in the installed state, one of the connecting elements 12, 14, 16. The pivot axis 52 of the connecting element 12, 14, 16 around the coupling unit 18 and coaxial with the cylindrical fixing element 84 and the circular section of the longitudinal recess 86 of the fixing element 84.
The contact elements 22 are parallel to the wiping direction 54. The contact elements 22 are provided on the coupling elements 112, 114. The contact elements 22 extend when the wiping direction 54 is viewed, overflowing on either side of the respective coupling element 112, 114.
The following description will be given by way of example, first of all, on the mounting operation of the first connecting element 12 to the coupling unit 18 and then on the dismantling operation of this first connecting element 18 by However, the operations are not limited to this first connecting element 12 but are similarly transposed to the second and third connecting elements 14, 16.
In the initial position for the mounting operation, the connecting member 12 is located above the wiper blade adapter unit 10. During the mounting operation, the connecting member 12, in a linear motion in its decoupling state with the coupling unit 18. The linear movement is in the mounting direction 72 which is substantially parallel to the vertical direction 40 to the adapter unit of FIG. wiper blade 10 (see Figure 3). The wiper blade adapter unit 10 has two symmetrical flat inclined abutment surfaces 56 with respect to the transverse plane of symmetry 106; these abutment surfaces allowing a movement of the connecting element 12 relative to the base body 50 of the wiper blade adapter unit 10, limiting it to the installed state (see FIGS. 5). The inclined abutment surfaces 56 are on the side of the coupling element 112, 114 opposite the wiper blade 58. The inclined abutment surfaces 56 form an acute angle with respect to the two longitudinal branches 46 , 48 of the wiper blade adapter unit 10.
In the first mounting step, the end user moves the connecting member 12 to the wiper mop adapter unit 10. The connecting member 12 has two side walls 62 which deform elastically and are used for coupling with the coupling unit 18 (see Figure 1). The side walls 62 have parallel pivoting axes, which meet and which are not detailed. The sidewalls 62 have inner surfaces facing each other which are at an angle. The inner surfaces form an acute angle. In the direction parallel to the mounting direction 72, which is essentially parallel to the vertical direction 40, in the direction of the wiper blade adapter unit 10, the inner surfaces are aligned.
During the first mounting step, the slanted internal surfaces of the side walls 62 abut with the contact elements 22 of the coupling unit 18. The contact elements 22 thus exert a deflection force by the internal surfaces on the side walls 62. Thus, the connecting element 12 moves in the mounting direction 72 by a deflection of the side walls 62. This deflection spreads the side walls 62. The required deflection force, depends both on the material used and also the thickness of the side walls 62 and the length of the contact element 22. The transverse recess 36 of the connecting element 12 forms the coupling of the shape with the contact elements 22 (see FIG. 7). In the mounted state, the coupling unit 18 comes into the transverse recess 36. Similarly, the transverse recess 90 of the second connecting element 14 and the transversal recess 76 of the third connecting element 16 perform the coupling. by the shape with the contact elements 22. After coupling of the connecting element 12 to the wiper blade adapter unit 10, the contact element 22 completely fills the transverse recess 36 (FIG. see Figure 7).
Figure 7 shows a detail of the wiper blade device in the installed state. The transverse recess 36 and the contact member 22 pivotally mount the connecting member 12 to the wiper blade adapter unit 10.
The side walls 62 of the connecting element 12 comprise a first guide element and a second guide element. The first guiding element and the second guiding element are turned towards each other and join the inner surface of the connecting element 12. The first guiding element and the second guiding element can for example be made with a hemispherical form. The first guide element and the second guide element, in the operating state and in the disassembly, pass into a first guide slide 32 and into a second guide slide (not shown) symmetrical with respect to the longitudinal symmetry plane 108 of the first guide slide 32. For pivoting of the connecting element 12 relative to the wiper blade adapter unit 10 about the pivot axis 52, the guide elements move in the guide slides 32.
For disassembly, the connecting element 12 is released from the wiper blade adapter unit 10. The end user lifts the connecting element 12 by one side. It exerts, for disassembly, a lifting force in the lifting zone 80 of the connecting element 12 by the free end of the connecting element 12 (see Figure 1). The lifting force is oriented substantially parallel to the vertical direction 40. The lifting zone 80 is facing the lateral recess 44. The transmission unit 20 has two plane symmetrical ramp surfaces 24 with respect to the plane of transverse symmetry. 106 and which for the disassembly operation, partially deflects the side walls 62 of the connecting element 12 (see Figures 3-5). The ramp surfaces 24 form an acute angle with respect to the bottom surface 28 of the guide slide. The ramp surfaces 24 each arrive on the side walls of the slide guides 32. A piece moved in the slide guides 32 slides first on the bottom surface 28 of the guide slide and then reaches the ramp surface 24 to exit the guide slide 32 of the workpiece.
By lifting the connecting element 12 in the lifting zone 80, it is pivoted about the pivot axis 52. The guide elements of the connecting element 12 move in the guide rails 32 of symmetrical plane shape with respect to the longitudinal symmetrical plane 108 until it reaches the ramp surface 24. Then the guide elements come out of the guide slides 32 by the ramp surfaces 24. The ramp surfaces 24 symmetrically plane with respect to the plane of symmetry longitudinal 108 apply during disassembly against the guide elements of the connecting element 12 by exerting a deflection force on the side walls 62 of the connecting element 12. The side walls 62 of the first connection also 18 are thus spread elastically.
The side walls 62 which deviate or deviate elastically from the connecting element 12 release the coupling by the connection by the shape of the connecting element and symmetrical plane symmetrical contact elements 22 with respect to the plane of symmetry. longitudinal 108. Due to the lifting in the lifting zone 80, the connecting element 12 is released from the coupling unit 18 by the transmission unit 20 and in particular by a separation without deterioration. The connecting element 12 is released from the wiper blade adapter unit 10 by raising the connecting element 12 on one side. For the disassembly operation, the element 12 is released from the wiper blade adapter unit by a lever effect created in that in the mounted state, the lifting zone 80 is on the other side of a contact element 22 symmetrical plane relative to the longitudinal plane of symmetry 108 vis-à-vis the guide element of the connecting element 12. The transmission unit 20 has two other plane symmetrical ramp surfaces 26 relative to at the plane of transverse symmetry 106 and which support the ramp surfaces 24 during the disassembly operation (see Figures 3 to 6). The other ramp surfaces 26 are provided in the event that a deflection of the side walls 62 of the connecting member produced by the ramp surfaces 24 would be insufficient. This can happen for example in the case of very thick side walls 62. 12, 14, 16 Connecting element 18 Coupling unit 22 Contact element 24 Ramp surface 26 Ramp surface / other ramp surface 28 Bottom surface of the guide slide 32 Guide slide 36 Transverse recess 38 Longitudinal recess 40 Direction Vertical 42 Wiper Arm Adapter End Zone 44 Sidewall Deflection 46,48 Longitudinal Brace 50 Base Housing 52 Swivel Axle 54 Wiper Direction 56 Inclined Stop Surface 58 Brush windscreen wiper 60 Wiper blade 62 Side wall 72 Mounting direction 74 Curved bearing surface 76 Transverse recess 78 Sidewall deformation 80 Lifting zone 84 Fixing element 86 Longitudinal recess 88 Sleeve element 90 Transverse recess 98 Part one of the connecting element 12 100 Second part of the connecting element 12 102 First position of the connecting element 12 104 Second position of the Connecting element 12, 106 Transverse symmetry plane 108 Longitudinal symmetry plane 110 Longitudinal direction of the wiper blade adapter unit 112.114 Coupling element 112.114 Coupling element of the coupling unit 18 200, 202 Wiper Arm Adapter 204, 206 Wiper Arm Adapter 208,210 Wiper Arm Adapter 212 Wiper Arm Adapter 212 Wiper Arm Adapter 214 Fastening Pin 216 Support plate 218 End zone 222, 224 Side wall 226 Support wall 230 Stopper formed by the side walls 232 Fixing spout 238 Support wall 240 Positioning recess 242 Fixing arm 244 End area of fixing arm 246 Bottom wall 248, 250 Side wall 252 Fixing means 256 Fixing pin 258 Support plate 260 End area of the support plate
